Homemade pizza

Sharing my aunt amrit's recipe

Ingredients

For Dough:
1 lb. self raising flour
1tbsp. sugar
1tsp. salt
1tbsp. yeast
Warm Water & oil few drops (olive oil or any other)

For toppings / garnishing:
- Pizza Sauce / ( your choice in case you want to use white sauce I substituted with Ragu turned out quite decent)
- seasonal veggies ( bell peppers, onions, mushrooms or any these per preference)
- mozzarella Cheese shredded
- oregano flakes for an extra kick!

Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients together in flour. Then knead into a nice smooth dough using oil & warm water concoction. Leave to rest n rise 4-5 hrs ( incase you use rapid yeast this time is saved)

Now make balls of dough and roll out desired thickness and lay on greased pizza tray. Layer the flat dough with pizza sauce and veggies.
Then sprinkle shredded cheese generously.

Bake in oven heated at 425F in the middle rack for 25-30 mins or until cheese is melted and bubbly try not to burn the cheese.
Take out once done slice and serve warm!
