-living in a big pond wl definitely give you better conditions to work in..bigger people to gain from..better options to grow bigger:-)
it wl surely add to ur working capabilties..
and living in a small pond wl no doubt make u feel better with many small fishes under u;) but u might not get oppurtunities to grow bigger but just big..
-think it on long term basis-which is going to be a better option arnd 5 yrs ahead!
what wl give u more satisfaction-being the biggest fish in just a small pond or a big fish in the biggest pond?
